Hey, there are a lot of remedies that people say work what I would suggest is drinking plenty of water, getting a decent amount of exercise in. If you drink a large amount of water right before the test you can sometimes dilute the sample, but watch out because you can actually waterlog yourself. If you can get a drug test for yourself privately do it, that is the only way to make sure that it is out of your system. The remedy that has worked for me in the past that would be available there would be apple cider vinegar, i know that it sounds like a wives tale, but it has worked for me, but these are totally individual things. My advice get your own drug test, drink lots of water, get some exercise, eat well, and try to relax.

First off, I will assume, for the sake of argument, that what you say here is true. What you got is a failure of knowledge of this test you speak of.

Unless you are ordered by a court of law to submit to a urine or blood test, AND a conviction because of said test, And/OR you will need to pass the test for a job, then I see no reason to be worried about a test.

You are under surveillance, and if you were ordered to not use, and you have not used since the arrest, then any test performed will show a level of THC, or whatever in your system.

That level reduces the longer you go without.

If you have not used, even though it may be in your system, you will not be charged, or guilty, because of earlier indiscretion.

Drink plenty of water and if you can get diuretics prescribed to you, take them because they will make you "go" more. But it's still going to take at least a 2 weeks to a month. You should have done hard drugs (coke, crank, heroin) because they only last 72 hours in your system.

The drug court where I work recognises that THC levels in the urine will remain long after a person has actually stopped using. What they look for on the UA is a declining level of the drug residue, and that is seen as proof of the person being clean. If the current test is compared with the last test and the levels are either the same or more, then that is seen as evidence of using again.

If your level is declining steadily over time, that should be seen as proof of being clean.

It depends on what test they will use. Most middle eastern (muslim) countries use a diuretic dispeptic test for religious reasons. If you drink feline urine twice a day it should help you to metabolize the THC faster.
